Welcome to Hoppr! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Hoppr, our fitness class booking app, available across Greater Cairo. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Account Registration
    To use Hoppr, you must register and create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account, so please safeguard your information.
  2. Bundle Purchases, Credits, and Refunds
    Hoppr offers credit bundles for purchasing and booking fitness classes. Upon purchasing a bundle, credits will be added to your Hoppr wallet, subject to the following conditions:

Credit Expiration: All credits have a 1-month expiry date from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused credits will expire, and they will no longer be available for use. Expired credits are non-refundable and will be removed from your wallet.
Non-Renewing Bundles: Bundles do not automatically renew. When your credits are depleted or have expired, you must manually purchase another bundle to continue using Hoppr.
Top-ups and Bundle Changes: You may choose to repurchase your current bundle, switch to a different bundle, or top up your credits at any time. The expiry date of any additional credits will match the original bundle’s expiry date and does not extend beyond the initial 1-month period.
Bundle Refunds: In specific cases, a refund may be requested if no classes have been booked and credits have not expired. To request a refund, please contact customer support at +201002221211.

  1. Class Booking and Usage of Credits
    Hoppr allows you to use your credits to book fitness classes across a variety of studios. Each class has a specific credit cost, which will be deducted from your balance upon booking.

Booking Confirmation: Once a class is booked, your credits will be deducted, and a confirmation will be sent to your account.
Class Availability: Class availability may vary based on demand, and Hoppr does not guarantee availability at specific times or locations.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    We understand that plans change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy:

Free Cancellations: You can cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled class start time at no cost, and the class credits will be returned to your wallet.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time or do not attend the class, your credits will not be refunded. Missed classes are also non-refundable.

  1. Third-Party Sites, Products, and Services
    Hoppr may include links to third-party sites and services (“Linked Sites”) for convenience. Hoppr does not endorse any Linked Sites or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information, materials, products, or services available on or through these sites. Access and use of Linked Sites, including all information, content, products, and services, is at your own risk.

Occasionally, Hoppr may offer promotions that involve third-party products or services. Hoppr is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of third-party products or services. Any interaction, business dealings, or participation in promotions with third parties found on or through Hoppr is solely between you and the third party, and Hoppr is not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result.

  1. Privacy
    Hoppr values your privacy. The Hoppr Privacy Policy, which details our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information, is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. When you make a reservation, Hoppr may share necessary details with the relevant fitness studio, such as your name and email, to facilitate the booking.   2. Prohibited Conduct
    To maintain a safe and enjoyable experience on Hoppr, you agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including but not limited to:

Disruptive Behavior: Avoid harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users, Hoppr staff, or studio personnel.
Account Misuse: Do not impersonate others, create multiple accounts, or share account access with others.
Unauthorized Bookings: Book or cancel classes only through Hoppr, and avoid direct bookings with studios.
Intellectual Property Misuse: Do not reproduce, modify, or exploit any part of Hoppr or its content without authorization.
Uploading Harmful Content: Avoid uploading any material that may harm the systems or users of Hoppr, such as viruses or inappropriate content.
Unauthorized Access: Refrain from attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Hoppr system, or use automated tools like bots to access or misuse the platform.
Unlawful Activities: Do not use Hoppr for illegal activities or purposes that violate these Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    Hoppr provides a platform to connect users with fitness classes but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of classes. By using our app, you agree that Hoppr is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during classes booked through our platform.
  2. Termination of Service
    Hoppr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
  3. Amendments to Terms
    Hoppr may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
